- A Minimum credit score of 600, although exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances.
- Income equivalent or greater than 2x the monthly rent
- No open or pending bankruptcy
- Positive rental history
- Verifiable income and stable employment
- Criminal background check
- Security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent
