Welcome to 5465 Galena Drive, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in the Vista Grande Terrace neighborhood of northeast Colorado Springs. The home has 2,196 square feet across four levels, with an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, two family rooms, a wood-burning fireplace, an included washer and dryer, and an attached 2-car garage. It sits a short drive from the United States Air Force Academy and Peterson Space Force Base.

A front porch leads inside to the living room, which has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light. The hardwood continues into the dining area, which opens onto a wood deck with room for a grill and outdoor meals. The updated kitchen has granite counters, a mosaic tile backsplash, an undermount stainless steel sink, and soft-close white cabinets. The island holds the electric range under a vent hood, with pull-out drawers below, and the pantry has pull-out drawers too. A refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave are included.

Upstairs, the hardwood continues through the hallway and bedrooms. The primary bedroom has double closets and its own updated bathroom with a raised vanity, a subway tile shower, and tile floors. The hall bathroom is updated too, with a raised vanity, soft-close drawers, and tile floors. On the lower level, a family room with a wood-burning fireplace and a separate study give you a second living space and room for a home office. The finished basement adds a second family room with an attached bonus room, the fourth bedroom, a three-quarter bathroom, and a laundry room with plenty of storage.

Out back, the fenced yard has a patio off the lower level, a flat lawn, a dog run, a storage shed, and mature trees. The attached 2-car garage gives you room for vehicles and storage. Palmer Park's trails are about 6 minutes away, the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is about 7 minutes, and the shops and restaurants along North Academy Boulevard are close by. The United States Air Force Academy South Gate is approximately 5 miles / 13 minutes away, Peterson Space Force Base is approximately 9 miles / 20 minutes, Fort Carson's Gate 20 is approximately 19 miles / 26 minutes, and Schriever Space Force Base is approximately 20 miles / 32 minutes.
